Privacy & player data
Effective 10 September 2026
Who we are
Abi Smash is provided by Solo Soft Ltd. This policy covers the Android game and its web companion.
On your device
We save your language, sound and haptic preferences, onboarding choice, best score, player name, blocked-player list and an encrypted leaderboard credential. Completed online runs that could not upload are temporarily saved with their run identifier, power values and expiry time, then retried automatically. They are removed after upload, expiry (24 hours from the run’s start) or player-data deletion. The language initially follows your phone; we do not access location to choose it.
Online play and rankings
When connected, the game creates a random player identifier and sends run timing and power values to validate scores. We retain the identifier, a hash of the credential, optional player name, best score, streak, objects smashed, run scores and timestamps. On the server, raw power values are validated in memory rather than stored. Unnamed players do not appear on the public board. Choosing a name makes that name, your best score, rank and game statistics public. Use a nickname, not sensitive personal information.
Reports and support
If you report a player name, we store the reported name and player identifier, your random player identifier, the reason, and the report time to review abuse. Blocking hides that player on your device. If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond and handle your request.
Measurement and crash reporting
The Android app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and game results, Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes, and the Meta and TikTok business SDKs to measure installs and game events from our advertising. These providers may process app-install and app-instance identifiers, the Android advertising ID, install-referrer information, IP address, app and device details, operating system, screen and session events, fixed gameplay event names, numeric score statistics and, for Google, crash stack traces. We do not send player names, leaderboard credentials or email addresses to these SDKs. We do not show personalised ads in the app or use this data to sell personal information. Deleting player data resets locally held Analytics data and unsent crash reports, but it does not automatically erase data already received by Google, Meta or TikTok. Their retention and data-rights processes apply. The web companion does not include these Android SDKs.
Providers, security and permissions
The game service is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process requests, including IP addresses and technical request information, to operate and protect the service. Game requests use HTTPS. The app requests Internet, vibration and advertising-ID access. Advertising-ID access is used for install and advertising measurement. It does not access your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. We do not sell personal data. Hosting providers act as service providers; the leaderboard is public only when you choose a name.
Retention and deletion
Local preferences remain until you clear them or uninstall. Online player and run records remain until you delete them or they are removed for abuse or service maintenance. In Settings → App data → Delete player data, you can remove this installation’s online profile, runs, reports associated with it, saved name and local best score. Internet is required if an online identity exists. Language, sound and haptic preferences remain. Uninstalling alone does not delete online records. Technical logs and provider backups follow the hosting provider’s retention process and may not disappear immediately.
Your choices
You can play offline, skip a public name, turn sound off and change language at any time. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@solosoft.az. If you no longer have the original installation, include your public player name and any details that help us locate and verify the record. We may ask for verification before changing it. Do not send passwords or device credentials.
Audience and changes
Abi Smash is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above, not specifically for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We update this policy when the game or its data practices change; the effective date identifies the latest version.
Player-name rules
Before publishing a name, agree to keep it respectful. Do not use sexual content, hate speech, threats, harassment, impersonation, scams, or anyone’s private information. We may hide or remove names, scores or profiles that break these rules. On the leaderboard, use the player menu to report and hide a name. You can also contact support about abuse or an appeal.
Delete your data
On Android, open Settings → App data → Delete player data. The button below deletes the player linked to this browser only. To request deletion without the app or original browser, email support with your public player name.
